KMF's owner, Vinny, was always active and health conscious growing up. Through the years, he quickly discovered his love for fitness as he always worked out at a local, corporate gym.
Once Covid hit, Vinny continued training in any available space he could find; however, he soon realized the corporate world was not for him. Midway through Covid after continuously studying the fitness industry, Vinny managed to find the perfect location for a gym and branded it as KMF Strong.
Although his first two years of opening were bumpy, Vinny continued to research and tweak the concept and management which finally led to success in his niche. Vinny wanted to provide more for less, with better experiences and value.
Vinny is confident that this new found niche will allow the members and trainers at KMF to grow as a whole, pushing each other to be the best and healthiest version of themselves that they can be.
